Picture taken during the construction phase, this carousel and spooling tower complete with tensioner and spooling chutes (shown individually below). This project was for spooling product to and from the carousel in basket mode or when converted in reel mode.
The tensioner was mounted onto a rotatable frame, and a lift / lower tower to give full coverage when spooling in both reel mode and basket mode.
A particularly interesting project, we assisted the customer during the design stage, and subsequently produced and issued all of the mechanical manufacturing drawings.
